Join us for the Ultimate Holiday Stitching Get-a-Way!! Space is limited so you will want to register as soon as possible.

We will be at the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotel and Suites and when I say there are so many perks to being at this location, that may be an understatement.
A special room rate has been given of $179 per night and this will include breakfast each morning. There are numerous restaurants to enjoy for dinner as well as places to go if you’re looking to have that celebratory drink. There is also a free shuttle service to take you back and forth to the Historic Area of Williamsburg.

Retreat dates: December 4th-8th, 2024

Registration Fee: $275.00

Classes are being added so make sure to register soon so you do not miss your favorite classes.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation before event - $50 fee.

Cancellation 75 days prior to event - $100 fee/deduction

Cancellation 60 days prior to event - $150 fee/deduction

Cancellation 45 days prior to event - NO REFUND

Please Note:

The refund policy is based on the deposit schedule for each event. We are not simply keeping your money. The monies are paid out to the venue, staff, etc and we have no way to get it returned to us. Just like you, we can not afford as a small business to be out the funds.
We understand that sometimes your cancellation is out of your control, but please know you always have the option to find someone to take your place so you will not lose the money either.
