The 2024 NeedleFest Celebration will be held at The Historic Women’s Club of Glen Ridge 219 Ridgewood Avenue Glen Ridge, NJ 07028 We have so many exciting things planned for you and look forward to making this a memorable event! Seats are filling fast so please make sure to register now!! Sign up with friends or by yourself - if you do not know anyone no worries at all - you will have a fantastic time and make new life long stitching friends!! There will be vendors, classes, prizes and so much more. The second annual “Fabric Fashion Show” will be taking place!! On Saturday, October 19th check in will begin at 9am and the ballroom will be open until 9pm for your stitching pleasure. On Sunday, October 20th the doors will open again at 9am and the ballroom will be open until 6pm. Breakfast and lunch are included and will be served on Saturday and Sunday and since many of you are planning to attend both days we have decided to offer an optional buffet dinner on Saturday evening for only $29.95. (Ticket must be purchased prior to the event.) While many of you will commute back and forth, for those that are traveling some distance there are several hotels within minutes of the Women’s Club. Cancellation before event - $50 fee. Cancellation 75 days prior to event - $100 fee/deduction Cancellation 60 days prior to event - $150 fee/deduction Cancellation 45 days prior to event - NO REFUND Please Note: The refund policy is based on the deposit schedule for each event. We are not simply keeping your money. The monies are paid out to the venue, staff, etc and we have no way to get it returned to us. Just like you, we can not afford as a small business to be out the funds.
